W Magazine has a new Editor-in-Chief, Stefano Tonchi, formerly of T. Tonchi's new position, succeeding Patrick McCarthy, will officially begin April 12. Tonchi's plans for the magazine are to make W  more accessible, and "probably to just make it more of a general-interest style magazine, and less of a fashion-obsessed publication.” Tonchi's expertise will bring new life to W, with experience in fashion, entertainment, and design. Conde Nast believes Tonchi will utilize both digital and print formats. Welcome, Mr. Tonchi!
