A private island in the Bahamas, called Cave Cay, is on sale for $110 million by Christie's. The island, located near David Copperfield's Musha Cay is totally self sufficient. Cave Cay's water and power is supplied by diesel generators, has lush vegitation, unspoiled beaches, and elevated mountains that capture 40 foot views. Cave Cay has 35 dock slips, an air strip, and several completed buildings.The main attraction is the current owner's estate which is perched atop the highest point which boasts 360-degree views. There are also plans in place to build a world-class luxury resort.
