On a recent trip to Las Vegas for the first anniversary of The Cromwell Hotel, I decided that I’d like to do something in Vegas that I had never done before. With its close proximity to Los Angeles, I grew up visiting at least once a year and thought I had done it all – the shows, the gambling, the spas, the restaurants. The one thing I had yet to try was the experience of racing sport and exotic cars on The Las Vegas Motor Speedway.

In came Exotics Racing. Located on a specially designed and designated track, Exotics Racing offers a unique driving experience and the chance to drive some cars many only dream about. Their fleet (worth over $6 million and is the largest in the world) is comprised of latest and greatest from the likes of Ferrari, Lamborghini, McLaren, Porsche, Aston Martin, and more.

I was very excited to visit the track and drive some of my favorite cars. The experience was super seamless with an introductory course, ride-along with a professional driver to get comfortable with the track, and then my own time to have a Top Gear moment. My proudest moment was definitely reaching 120mph in a beautiful Ferrari Scuderia.

Their superclean, state-of-the-art facility is located only 20 minutes away from the Las Vegas Strip, with packages starting at $199. Exotics Racing is definitely now on my “don’t miss” list for Las Vegas. No worries if you aren’t visiting Vegas soon — they have another location in Los Angeles as well.
