It only makes sense that the runways’ main aesthetic reference—the ’70s—will make its way to the streets this fall. The evidence: suedes, flares, furs, fringe and a general sense of insouciance. One of my favorite cues taken from the disco era is the over-the-knee boot, and luckily, there are a plenty of re-imagined styles to choose from hitting stores from some of the best designers. Here are nine over-the-knee styles I will be coveting come fall.
