Turning thirty last month was an amazing experience. I was blessed to celebrate the milestone with family and friends, and also had some time to myself to reflect and recharge. Although age is really just a number, I wanted to be proactive in ensuring that I continue to stay healthy, from the inside and out.

I discovered Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center at the perfect time – a week after my big birthday. I kept on hearing and reading about it, so I decided to go in one day to learn more.
