Having spotted a niche in the market, Kors is launching his ‘Jet Set 6’ shoe collection, which features six essential designs created for the needs of the busy jetsetters who crave a mix of style and functionality from their footwear. The six looks in the ‘Jet Set 6’ collection are the ‘Irving’ sneakers, which are low-maintenance, street style trainers trimmed in gold; the ‘Odessa’ platform sandals in roughly textured snakeskin; the ‘Kristen’ mid-heel sandals in white embossed leather; the ‘Somerley’ wedges with woven-rope platform; the ‘Jelly’ sandals in slick gold; and the leisurely ‘Walton’ ankle boots. In addition to these six pairs, Kors has also crafted a luxurious croc-embossed suitcase, which will be available only at select boutiques around the world, to house the collection.
